- Customized design supports your arches

Molding Directions:
- Remove MyFit Heat-Moldable Orthotics from packaging and set aside.
- Pre-heat oven to 220° F/104° C.
- Remove original insole from your footwear. (If glued in, leave it in place.)
- You may need to trim toe with scissors for proper fit; use the original insole as a guide.
- Place MyFit Heat-Moldable Orthotics with the top cover up in oven on an oven-safe sheet.
- Heat for 2 minutes.
- Carefully remove them from the oven and place in shoes.
- Step into footwear and stand up straight with toes pointing forward. Do not bend toes.
